Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 2026
United Developers respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices and rights you have.
1. Who we are
This website is operated by United Developers, a Miami-based real estate development business focused on multifamily projects in South Florida (“United Developers,” “we,” “us”). For any privacy question, contact us at contact@uniteddevelopersusa.com.
2. Information we collect
This is an informational website. It does not contain contact forms, accounts or trackers for general visitors. We collect personal information only in these limited ways:
- When you contact us. If you email us (for example via an “Investor access” or “Contact” link), we receive your email address, your name if provided, and the content of your message.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider automatically records standard technical data such as IP address, browser type and timestamps, which are necessary to operate and secure the site.
- Investor data room. The separate, password-protected investor area sets a single strictly-necessary session cookie to keep you signed in. It uses no analytics or third-party tracking.
We do not use advertising cookies, analytics pixels or third-party tracking on this site.
3. How we use information
We use the limited information above to:
- respond to your inquiries and communicate with you;
- operate, maintain and secure the website;
- prevent fraud and misuse; and
- comply with applicable legal obligations.
4. Legal basis (GDPR)
For visitors in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we process personal data on the basis of your consent, our legitimate interests in operating and securing the site and responding to inquiries, and compliance with legal obligations.
5. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- service providers acting on our behalf (for example, our hosting provider);
- professional advisors (legal, accounting) where necessary;
- authorities, where required by law; and
- a successor entity in connection with a merger, financing or similar corporate transaction.
6. Where your data is processed
Our website is hosted on servers located in the European Union (Germany). If you access the site from outside the EU, your information may be transferred to and processed there.
7. Your rights
EEA/UK residents. You may request access to, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data, and you may object to or withdraw consent for certain processing.
U.S. state residents (including under the CCPA/CPRA and similar laws in Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut and Utah). You may request to know, access, correct or delete your personal information and to opt out of any “sale” or “sharing” — note that we do not sell or share personal information for advertising.
To exercise any right, email contact@uniteddevelopersusa.com. We will respond as required by applicable law.
8. Data retention
We keep personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described above or as required by law, then delete or anonymize it.
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date above reflects the latest revision.
